Dr. Doug Bellah is a highly experienced management consultant and executive coach, drawing from his extensive background in Fortune 50 companies spanning retail, manufacturing, and broadcast media. Doug is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders, holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University, and earned his Doctorate in Organization Development and Change from Bowling Green State University. Certified in Predictive Index, Everything DiSC, Korn Ferry Competencies and possessing knowledge on a variety of team collaboration methods, Doug showcases a dedication to ongoing professional development. Driven by a passion for knowledge-sharing and positive change, he also holds a certificate in leading generative change and is actively pursuing research on storytelling’s impact on team collaboration.
