Dr. Doug Bellah is a highly experienced management consultant and executive coach, drawing from his extensive background in Fortune 50 companies spanning retail, manufacturing, and broadcast media. His distinctive combination of operational leadership, human resources acumen, and a fervor for continuous learning imbues the work environment with a people-centered ethos. Doug specializes in leadership and talent development, along with strategic succession planning.

Dedicated to cultivating inclusive environments through shared narratives, Doug excels in driving organizational change via generative processes that leverage individual and team strengths. Serving as a trusted advisor, he establishes safe spaces for idea-sharing, steers individual and team growth through inquiry, and conducts impactful training sessions covering topics like DEI, successful mentoring, and networking.

Doug’s proficiency extends to crafting individual development roadmaps, contributing to succession planning, shaping organizational design, providing leadership coaching, and fostering team building. Actively engaged in social impact initiatives, he holds a position on the HR Advisory Board for the Children’s Advocacy Center and serves as an advisor to the Bowling Green State University College of Business.

Doug is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders, holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University, and earned his Doctorate in Organization Development and Change from Bowling Green State University. Certified in Predictive Index, Everything DiSC, Korn Ferry Competencies and possessing knowledge on a variety of team collaboration methods, Doug showcases a dedication to ongoing professional development. Driven by a passion for knowledge-sharing and positive change, he also holds a certificate in leading generative change and is actively pursuing research on storytelling’s impact on team collaboration.
